Expense:
This includes expenses such as fuel, maintenance, repairs, insurance, and other operational costs. The software helps businesses monitor and analyze these expenses to optimize fleet management, improve efficiency, and reduce operating costs. It provides insights into fuel usage, vehicle maintenance schedules, driver behavior, and overall fleet performance, allowing businesses to make informed decisions and better manage their expenses.
¶ Dashboard
The expense dashboard shows us the expense in graphical format.
- The Graph compare board can be checked with the top 10 vehicles.
The graph comparison board can be checked as per our required asset in the dashboard.
¶ Expense List:
In the expense list, we can add all the expenses that we have expended on any trip against any vehicle.
- We can add multiple expenses for any vehicle while going on any trip.
- We can add expenses for our On-going trips as well.
- We can add expenses in bulk for any vehicle.
- We can check all the expenses on a single page in a list format.
¶ Expense Categories
- In the expense category, we can add manual expenses which we have spent for any vehicle like in puncture, fuel filling.
- If there is any other category that is not on the list, we can add it separately.
